The Cleveland Chesed Center is seeking a confident, friendly individual to assist with serving clients. (9-12 hours per week: one afternoon and one evening per week, plus occasional Sundays). There is room for expansion in the position, depending on experience. The responsibilities of this individual would include the following:

1. Greeting clients and signing them into the registration system
2. Explaining to new clients the rules of the Center and showing them around
3. Assuring clients follow all signs and instructions
4. Interact with clients regarding their food/clothing/furniture needs
5. Receiving material donations that come to the Center, and providing written receipts
6. Helping run volunteer groups and supervising individual volunteers
7. Assisting with keeping Center neat and orderly
8. Other tasks as needed

Administrative secretary needed at Yabi Nursery and Child Care, located in University Heights. Candidate should have excellent phone skills, computer skills, problem solving skills and verbal and written skills. Individual will be responsible to oversee the county voucher program as well as being able to multitask and take initiative in a school office setting. Communicating with parents, children and staff in a friendly manner is important. Candidate is to maintain records in an organized fashion with attention to detail. Excellent time and management skills, the ability to prioritize work, and function in a professional manner is required.

The Young Leadership Director is responsible for implementing strategies that will create a vibrant and thriving community for young adults in Jewish Cleveland. Under minimal supervision, this position provides administrative support for the creation of a vibrant and thriving community for young adults in Jewish Cleveland. The YLD Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Young Leadership Division and provides support for the YLD team.
