Updated September Cleveland Tehillim List Available

An updated Tehillim List of the Cleveland Tehillim Chevra is now available. This is the first list of 5778. The next one will be published early November.

The list is being published as a partnership between Local Jewish News and Mrs. Chanie Malcmacher in the hope that it will cause even more community members to be mispalel on behalf of those in need. It will continue its practice of approximately six bi-monthly print editions.

In order to maintain seder the following long-standing guidelines remain in place for the inclusion of a name:

  • The choleh must be a Clevelander or the direct relative of a Clevelander
  • The exactly correct Hebrew name and its correct spelling must be provided
  • Permission of the family must have been obtained
  • The choleh must be reconfirmed for each edition of the list

Currently, the community has the merit of completing the entire Tehillim nearly two times daily. To participate in a daily completion of the Tehillim, please email Mrs. Malcmacher at justdaven@gmail.com.

N’shei Bnai Torah Marriage Secrets Study Group

This Elul make your marriage sparkle! Join our Marriage Secrets Study Group facilitated by Rebbetzin Sarah Spitz.

Starting this Sunday, September 10 at the home of Mrs Arielle Haft 4426 Baintree.

– This group is geared for woman in normal, healthy marriages who are looking to make their marriage sparkle
– Our group is open to the entire community. Feel free to invite your friends and pass this email on to any woman who would appreciate it
– You do not have to commit to coming every week. Drop ins are welcome, but the regulars are the ones who gain the most by far.
– We are following the new book, Marriage Secrets, by Mrs. Leah Richeimer who has spoken twice for our shul this year. It is set up to include discussions and weekly homework, facilitated by Mrs. Sarah Spitz
– There is no fee, but of you would like to own a  copy of the book, it will be sold at the first two meetings.
– We will be starting Iy”h Sunday September 10 at the home of Mrs. Arielle Haft at 4426 Baintree Rd from 10-11 am and continue every Sundayexcept on Sukkos until we complete the book.
