We regret to inform you of the passing of Meyer (Mike) Haas, husband of the late Shoshana Haas, father of the late Daniel Haas, and father of Yehudit Spero, Debbie Henderson, Sharon Rothberg, and Joanne Barth. The funeral will be tomorrow, Thursday, December 1, at 1:00 pm at Berkowitz Kumin. Burial will be in Zion Memorial Park, Young Israel Section. Shiva will be as follows:

The Southgate Neighborhood Family Service Center will be moving to Jane Edna Hunter Building located at 3955 Euclid Ave, Cleveland, Ohio 44115 on December 5, 2016.
The Jane Edna Hunter building is located at the corner of Euclid Ave and East 40th Street.
Here are some ways to reach them:
1. By telephone – Customers will be maintaining their same caseworkers but new telephone numbers have been assigned. Letters are being sent out this week to all customer listing the new address and new telephone numbers.
2. Contact the Southgate Information Hotline by phone at 216-881-4416.
3. Open an account at benefits.ohio.gov. For new application assistance, you may also call the benefit application hotline in Cuyahoga County at 216-416-4440 .
4. Fax documents to 216-698-4198.
5. If you wish to drive, there is free parking in the lot located on Euclid Avenue, east of the building. There is also limited paid parking at meters on East 40th Street.
