Free Legal Advice Clinic This Sunday – Walk In Consultations Available

Gesher, The Jewish Federation of Cleveland & Legal Aid Society of Cleveland are excited to offer a free legal advice clinic this Sunday, August 27th, at Green Road Synagogue between 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.

Talk with a lawyer about civil matters like landlord/tenant disputes, family issues, or employment disputes. All discussions between attendees and lawyers are confidential.

Attorneys are available for brief advice and referral only. Clinic attorneys do NOT represent you. If you need legal representation you may be referred to The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland or another service provider. Pro Bono guidance is provided through IMPACT!, a program of the Jewish Federation of Cleveland, and Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.

Walk-ins welcome, appointments suggested. Please call 216-593-2887 for an appointment. Make sure to bring important papers with you!

The Judaic Program Coordinator will develop, plan, organize, teach, and implement Judaic and Spiritual Living programming on our Menorah Park Campus in Beachwood, Ohio. The diversity of programming, which includes intergenerational programming and community outreach, will meet the broad spiritual and emotional needs of our seniors who reside in our long-term care, assisted living, and our independent living facilities. A most rewarding position that allows for connecting with a senior population and sharing your enthusiasm for our Jewish heritage. Work in conjunction with Menorah Park’s Spiritual Living and Activities Departments. Seeking candidates with a strong background and degree in Jewish studies. Part time position.
