We regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Mendy Sasonkin, Chabad Shliach to Akron.

The Levaya will be 4pm at Anshe Sfard Synagogue, 646 N. Revere Road, Akron, OH 44333 and 6pm at the Anshe Sfard Cemetery, 310 Swartz Road, Akron, OH 44319.

Shiva will be observed at Anshe Sfard Synagogue, 646 N. Revere Road, Akron, OH 44333.

Minyanim

  • Wednesday Maariv:- 7:30pm
  • Thursday Shacharit: 7:30am
  • Thursday Mincha: 6:45pm
  • Friday Shacharit: 8am

Shiva

  • Wednesday: 7:30pm-9:30pm
  • Thursday: 7:30am-noon and 7-9pm
  • Friday: 8am-noon

Regular Shabbat services will be held at Anshe Sfard. Shiva will continue in New York on Sunday and Monday.
