  • Full time 32.5 hours per week in a school setting
  • Assist the Accountant to perform tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, working with vendors and performing various clerical tasks.
  • Assist the Registrar in all aspects of the registration process including working in the database and parent follow up.
  • Assist the Financial Office in the preparation of the Scholarship Journal.

Job Description

  • Knowledge of how to type and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Communication skills to communicate with employees, parents and outside vendors
  • Works independently and takes initiative
  • Job is performed in an office environment

Salary

  • An hourly rate based on experience
