Various tzedoko agencies (Lakewood, Far Rockaway, Los Angeles) and even his own brother have indicated significant problems: may be modifying checks received, aggressive, inappropriate behaviors, and utilizing funds for his own purposes. Do not give any money or hospitality.

Cleveland Heights announces water rate increase

Acting City Manager Susanna Niermann O’Neil announced June 3 that a roughly 24 percent water rate increase is expected to boost average monthly residential bills by $7-$8.
The rate hike is effective immediately, and should be reflected on residents’ August bills, Niermann O’Neil said.
