The city wants to make more zero-interest loans available, and allow more businesses to receive grants to help spruce up their spaces.
Through the city’s current storefront renovation program, owners can apply for a zero-interest loan to cover half the cost to improve their businesses, up to $25,000; and businesses in certain commercial areas may receive a rebate to cover up to 50 percent, as much as $25,000. Dan “No Job Is Too Small” Kirkler
(Ad)
Dan (Kirkler) will do the little jobs that nobody else wants to because they are too much of a “pain:” plumbing, electrical, general handyman work, clean-up, and more! The whole idea is that if you are tired of waiting for someone to respond to your call! If no one ever comes because the job is just “not worth it.” Give Dan a call – no job is too small!
Please call Dan at 216-324-7958. (Many community members know me from my Pesach car cleaning services and janitorial work at Heights Jewish Center).

(Cleveland.com)
For years, Cleveland Heights has had one of the highest property tax rates in all of Ohio. Lately Garfield Heights has moved toward the top as well.
But the highest tax rates don’t necessarily translate into the highest tax bills. Communities with million-dollar homes, places such as Hunting Valley and Chagrin Falls Township – top the list for highest median tax bills.
