The levaya will be 9am, Tuesday, January 31, at Berkowitz-Kumin- Bookatz Memorial Chapel, 1985 South Taylor Road.
Burial will be at Mount Sinai Cemetery, 6576 White Road, Mayfield Village.
Shiva through Monday morning, February 6, at 4379 Baintree Road, University Heights.
