We are sorry to announce the passing of Dr. Philip Howard Wilks, פינחס הענדל בן חיים אליעזר ז”ל. May his neshama have an aliyah in Gan Eden. Dearest Father of Dovid Zev.  Loving Grandfather of Naomi, Yisroel Meir, Faige, Chaya, Baruch Yitzchok and Devorah Leah.

Levayah is on Wednesday in Durham, NC.

Dovid Zev will be available to take phone calls from Friday morning at (216) 932-0900 or via WhatsApp at (216) 315-0667 through Monday night.

There will be no minyan at our house.

Menorah Park Mashgiach – PRN

We are currently seeking a Shabbos Mashgiach to join our team at Menorah Park. The Mashgiach ensures that all kosher standards and procedures of Jewish Dietary Law are observed on Menorah Park’s campus. In this rewarding position, the Mashgiach works under the guidance of Menorah Park’s Kashrus Coordinator.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Knowledgeable in Kosher Dietary Laws
  • Shomer Shabbos
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check.
  • Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

Salary: $17.39

Current Openings:

  • PRN (as needed)
  • Friday evenings
  • Saturday

For this reason I would like to ask you to have every one of your family members registered in Agudath Israel’s Nationwide Machatzis HaShekel Campaign to be counted, by name, as a constituent of the Agudah.

In a time when it’s harder than ever to make sure that the voice of the Orthodox community is heard, please help us maintain our strength in numbers by registering every family member to be counted as echod min haminuyim. Have them join the ranks, and bring up our numbers, so Agudath Israel can continue to fight for the rights of “Reb Yisroel and Klal Yisroel.”
