We regret to inform of the passing of Carol Deutsch, mother of Avigayil Cweiber.

The funeral will be Thursday at 12:00pm at Shaare Torah, 2319 Murray Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15217 (https://goo.gl/maps/HjfWx2UAwF52).

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Genya Lekhter, z”l, brother of Svetlana (Mitchell) Rose.

The family will observe shiva at the home of Mitchell and Svetlana Rose, 1890 Woodbrook Lane, Lyndhurst. Shiva will be Thursday, Sunday and Monday from 4-6pm.

Rabbi Simon (Teaneck) is scheduled to undergo surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Thursday. He is donating about 70% of his liver to a Jewish man he has never met who is in desperate need of a transplant.

Rabbi Simon’s name is Ephraim Ben Yocheved Shifra and the recipient is Avraham Ben Chana Leah.

Ellie’s lease at the Cedar Green shopping plaza is ending at the end of 2018. We will sadly be closing as of the first of the year. Our last day will be
Motzei Shabbos, Dec 29th.

We would like to thank everyone for a wonderful 5 years, it has been a pleasure serving you!

Although we will no longer be open as a ‘walk in-sit down’ place, we are not going away completely! We will still be available for parties, waffle bars, popcorn/caramel corn bars, ‘tiki’-smoothie bars, dessert receptions, etc.

Please come in by the end of the year to use any remaining gift cards. Also for every $25 purchase get a commemorative Ellie’s coffee mug to remember us by.
