This Shabbos Parshas Tzav March 24 – 8 Nissan Rabbi Yehuda Cahan will be giving

    1. Shabbos HaGadol Drasha for the Women of the community at the Rebbe’s home 4380 University Parkway – University Hts at 5:00 pm.
    2. Drasha for Men at the Aleksander Shul at 6:30 pm followed by Mincha at 7:12 followed by Shalosh Seudos.

May we all have a Kosher and Freilichen Yom Tov!

HEAP Winter Crisis Program Ends March 31st!

The Winter Crisis Program provides a benefit once per heating season to your main and /or electric accounts. The benefit can be utilized by households that are disconnected, need  to establish new service or pay to transfer service or have less than 25% of bulk fuel supply.

Any household whose total income is at or below 175% of the 2017/18 Federal Poverty Guidelines may be eligible.

Size of Household Yearly Income Limit
1 $21,105
2 $28,420
3 $35,735
4 $43,050
5 $50,365
6 $57,680.

For each additional family member add $7,315.

Because of yom tov, Gesher will only be processing applications through Tuesday March 27th.
