The Justice For Aliza campaign invites all women to attend a free self-defense class in honor of Aliza Sherman, the Beachwood woman who in March was stabbed to death in downtown Cleveland.
The class, which is intended to promote safety for all women by providing them with the tools to protect themselves will be held at noon on Sunday, July 28, in the Fairmount-Richmond Room at the Beachwood Community Center, 25325 Fairmount Blvd.
Participants are asked to wear their “Justice For Aliza” T-shirts. Those without a T-shirt are asked to arrive at 11:50 a.m. to obtain one.
