Some 6,000 free tickets will be available for hour-long cruises on Saturday, Sept. 13 and Sunday, Sept. 28. The tickets are part of The Cleveland Foundation’s monthly centennial gift to the community. The Cleveland Foundation Weekends on the Water Goodtime III cruises include an educational tour of the Cuyahoga River and Lake Erie will be available.
