• Excellent customer service skills: Answering incoming calls with a professional demeanor also making collection or follow up calls
• Organizational capabilities: Scheduling appointments, filing, correctly adding all customer information into the job log and phone app.
• Basic bookkeeping skills: Issue invoices, process checks, run credit card transactions, run finance applications, and cross reference payments
• Previous office experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office; including word and excel
• Typing skills: Must be fast and accurate
• Experience using email for correspondence and Google for searches
• The ability to read a map
• The ability to operate a multi-line phone system

Previous dispatch experience is a plus.

Hours are:

• Sunday 9:00-5:00
• Monday-Thursday 1:00pm-5:30pm
• Friday- Saturday Off
