Cleveland Gemachs

  1. We are only taking magazines with a 2019 publication date. Please do not leave anything older than this.
  2. The gemach takes magazines in good condition only; no newspapers please.
  3. We collect Mishapacha, Family First, Binah, Ami, Inyan, Zman, Juniors, Bina bunch and AIMs.  Please remove all other mailings.
  4. Drop off is any time on the porch of 2424 Beachwood Blvd
  5. NEW SYSTEM: There are now separate bins labeled for each publication. Please take a few extra minutes to separate the magazines into their correct bins.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Mike Weisz (Meir Yitzchak ben Yosef Eliyahu HaCohen) brother of Mrs. Linda Bookman.

The Kvura will take place in Eretz Yisrael at the Eretz HaChaim Cemetery in Beit Shemesh on Friday morning approx 11:30am.

Mrs. Bookman and her mother Mrs. Weisz will be sitting Shiva in Cleveland at 2421 Blossom Lane through Sunday and then completing Shiva in Columbus from Monday.

Shiva hours are as follows:

  • Friday: 10:00am until 1:00pm
  • Motzei Shabbos: 7:00pm until 10:00pm
  • Sunday: 10:00 am until 9:00 pm

There will not be any minyanim at the Shiva house.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Ed Markovitz (Eliyahu ben Yitzchak Meir HaLevi) husband of Esther, father of Yehosheva and Bruria, and brother of Mrs. Leah Blech. Shiva will be at the Markovitz home, 3643 Shannon Road through Monday morning.

Shiva times are as follows:

    • 10am – 1pm
    • 3pm – 6pm (Mincha/Maariv 6:10pm)
    • 8 – 10pm
  • Friday
    • 10am – 2pm

We regret to inform you of the passing of Regina Wolovits, predeceased by her loving husband Eugene Wolovits z”l, mother of Miriam (Mark) Berkowitz and Gail (William) Hochman. Grandmother of Sara (David) Farkas, Dani (Ilana) Berkowitz, David (Shoham) Berkowitz, Rachel (Reuvan) Schloss and Devorah ( Avrumi) Pollak, Nina ( Judah) Eizikowitz, Avi (Rebecca) Hochman and Daniel (Shifra) Hochman and great-grandmother to many קע”ה.

Graveside services will be today, Sunday, October 20 at 12 noon at Zion Memorial.

  • Tuesday night 8:30-10 p.m.
  • Wednesday- Sunday night 10 am-10 pm
