Retiring Cleveland Heights Mayor Ed Kelley looks back over 16 years at the city’s helm

Respectful and development-minded, all while wielding a silent gavel. That’s how colleagues of Ed Kelley describe the Cleveland Heights mayor’s management style.

After 20 years on City Council, including the past 16 years as Council president and mayor, Kelley will retire at the end of the month.
