Help Wanted: Physical Education Teacher & School Psychologists

* Physical Education teacher needed for: Elementary girls grades 1-6 – 2:15-3:15,  Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and  High School girls grades 9, 10, and 11,  Wednesday and Thursday 3:20-4:00. * A+ Learning and Development Centers is a provider of the full range of educational and related services to schools and communities. We are currently hiring school psychologists (multiple full and part time positions available) to provide services in private/nonpublic schools within the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.
Duties of the position:

· Administer psychological and educational tests and interprets assessment results

· Provide counseling services to students

· Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to evaluate and discuss students’ needs, educational implications, and recommendations

· Communicate and collaborate with Cleveland Metropolitan School District staff to complete child find requirements

· Assist in planning programs to meet the special needs of students

Minimum requirements:

· Candidate must demonstrate training and/or experience in the practice of school psychology

· Candidates have the ability to work effectively with teachers, staff and parents via a problem solving team model

· Training and/or experience utilizing response to intervention, functional behavior assessment and leading evaluation teams is preferred

· Credentials in school psychology are preferred but those with degrees in allied fields are also encouraged to apply.

In addition, candidates holding Ohio Board of Psychology school psychology licensure are encouraged to apply for either school based or supervisory positions.
