Yoga Group for Frum Women
A Yoga group for frum women that has been meeting for three years is reaching out to the community for new members. We meet once a week on Monday nights from 8:30-9:30. We have hired our own instructor who understands the sensitivities of a frum group and gears the class to our needs. Newcomers will fit right in and not feel that the class is too advanced. Women experienced in yoga will advance and not be held back. We meet in a central location between University Heights and Cleveland Heights.
