Broccoli and Spinach Quiche with Sautéed Onions – Made in a 9” pie crust and freezes wonderfully. $12.50.
Mediterranean Roasted Vegetable Salad – Roasted eggplant, red onions, red skinned potatoes, red peppers and zucchini, in a low-fat marinade. Medium- $6.50 Large- $12.50.
Wild Rice Salad with Spinach and Mushrooms – Sautéed mushrooms, onion and spinach in a vinaigrette dressing. Medium – $6.00 Large – $11.00.
Tossed Salad with Mixed Greens, Strawberries, and Roasted Nuts, in a Sweet Poppy Seed Vinaigrette $3.75 per person *A minimum order of 4 servings is appreciated on all tossed salads.
Cherry Crisp – Alternating layers of crispy oat mixture and cherries, perfect hot or cold and freezes great. 8X8 $12.50.
Two Tone Layered Gefilte Fish – The Bottom layer has sautéed onions, dill, and spinach. The top layer has roasted red peppers and paprika. This freezes Amazingly! A loaf will feed 8-10 people. 1 Loaf $16 or 2 for $30.
