Meshulach Alert – Babadzhanov
(Ed:This meshulach has again been seen collecting in our community. The information below still applies and if he asserts that there has been a “resolution” in these matters – this is not true. )
We do not publicize alerts like this unless there is a pressing need and there is very clear evidence. Further, even if it is true and helpful, it inevitably casts a negative light on the many needy collectors who come to our community. This information has been provided by Hochnosis Orchim in an effort to provide the community with more information on those who come to Cleveland to collect.
Moshe Shimon Semen Tov Babadzhanov (he goes by two or three different aliases as well) is in Cleveland collecting and it is highly recommended to not give any support financial or otherwise.
