Centers Health Care’s Corporate Business Office is looking to hire a Regional Director of New Business Development for our client service division. The Director is responsible for creating new lead generations in order to gain new client development through exclusive relationships and affiliations. The Director will manage all aspects of the sales process including but not limited to; prospecting, contracting, proposal development, pricing and rate negotiations, new business implementation and ongoing relationship management.

5+ years previous sales experience in healthcare required; experience selling directly to diverse nursing home groups and stand along facilities strongly preferred!
Identify large lead generation opportunities that drive significant leads
Manage all prospecting efforts including but not limited to; delivery of a detailed prospect management plan, regular weekly reporting on activity and results, accurate timely sales forecasting to finance, cold calling and prospect development
Maintain ongoing relationship with lead generator partners to increase and/or maintain levels of monthly lead generation
Develop and deliver proposals, implementation plans and leadership to maximize lead opportunity
Facilitate contract development and execution, provide guidance on contract terms and requirements, obtain needed contract approvals and signatures, adhere to corporate contracting procedures
Works closely with leadership and marketing team on value proposition, key messaging, development of marketing collateral and materials that drive ongoing lead generation
Represents company and brand at conferences and with prospects, business partners, industry organizations, vendors, key constituents, and brokers as needed
Facilitate renewals if needed on contracts that maintain or improve lead positioning
Bachelor’s degree in business
5+ years of relevant sales and leadership experience
Proven record of sales with C-suite personnel
Strong Oral, Written and Presentation Skills, Persuasive Communications
Strong presentation skills and experience with proposal development
Self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Flexibility to travel as needed
