Ask them simply – when will you decide? Why do you believe the school is worth so much- is this realistic? Have you tried meeting with representatives from Mosdos?  Can I talk to you about why Millikin is important to my neighborhood? Can you assure us of an open process?  Can we have a hearing at which our community can express their concerns? I am upset that the school has been an eye sore and vandalized after 6 years of being vacant.  Etc…

Seeking a dynamic frum couple where both husband and wife can teach, lead and inspire the frum community of Cleveland to reach out to non-frum people thereby creating a Kiruv Movement in the frum Community of Cleveland.

Job Description:

Organize and to teach kiruv training seminars to the greater frum Cleveland Community.

Train lay teachers to teach these seminars.

Develop lay partners in the community to help develop the movement of kiruv (i.e. people who will get others involved in kiruv – organize events, host Shabbatons, promote campaigns, recruit etc.)

Run successful events such as Shabbatonim, speaker events and Easy Outreach holiday campaigns (with help from “partners”)

To find / develop local opportunities for people to get involved in kiruv

To train and pair up frum women to “take on” the women who return from the JWRP trips.

Ideally should have the following Qualities:

Husband and wife should be able to teach frum people the Kiruv training well.

To be creative in coming up with ideas to involve the frum people in Kiruv.

To be organized in order to coordinate Events, Shabbatons, Campaigns.

Bnei Torah in order to have legitimacy within the frum community and with Rabbonim.

Previous Kiruv experience under their belt

Leadership abilities – to be able to develop partners and to lead the movement

Good people skills

Good judgment
