For those of us not directly in the line of the upcoming major storm, R”L who do not have to spend the time preparing and dealing with the physical consequences, it behooves us to joint together in our concerns, our ma’asim tovim, Torah, and tefillos.
(Nusach from a national effort) In the name of Ahavas HaBrios and the zchus for all of K’lal Yisrael, we ask that you join in amiras Tehillim for personal and collective yeshuos from the hurricane affecting reidents of the Eastern Seaboard of the United States, and all of its possible effects. Let us daven with kavanna to Hashem Yisborach, with the firm belief and knowledge that through our tefillos we bring yeshuos, and l’shem mitzvas VeAhavta LeRaiacha Komocha.
