(Hebrew Academy, Fuchs,  and (new this year!) Mosdos will be having their own special groups at the event. Mosdos parents are trying to have a core group between 11a and 1pm. HAC and Fuchs parents, see your bulletins for details).

The annual Jewish Federation of Cleveland campaign is moving to the fall. Same mission. New timing. Stand up and be counted from September to December for the 2013 Campaign for Jewish Needs.

Be a volunteer on Super Sunday! Please join us to make calls in support of the 2013 Campaign for Jewish Needs. Five sessions to choose from:

9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.
1:30 – 4 p.m.
3 – 5:30 p.m.
4:30 – 7 p.m.

Bring a group of 10 or more callers to Super Sunday and be entered for a chance to win a Cavs suite for the February 27th Jewish Community Night at the Q. Cheer on the Cavs as they take on the Toronto Raptors.


Suite includes:

  • - 18 tickets

  • - 3 parking passes

Here’s how you can win:

  • 1. Recruit a group* of 10 or more people to be callers at Super Sunday
  • 2. Register for Super Sunday online, call 216.593.2909 or e-mail supersunday@jcfcleve.org
  • 3. Pick a group captain
  • 4. Attend Super Sunday on October 21 and make calls
  • 5. Sign in at the Cavs table to record your group’s attendance
  • 6. Cross your fingers!
  • 7. The winning captain will be contacted in February!

*Groups can be any group of 10 or more (this includes families, businesses, school classes, agencies, youth groups, etc. You just need to know who your captain is!) We encourage all our volunteers to wear a t-shirt from your school, agency, etc. to show your pride! We love our volunteers!


Super Sunday Babysitting and Children’s Activities Information

Babysitting (infants – Pre-k) is available from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

- Parents: please reserve childcare when you register to volunteer
- Children must be signed in/out by a parent; cannot leave the room without a volunteer or parent
- Activities for young children
- Snacks will be provided
- Located near calling rooms in Room 202

Children’s Activities Room (grades K-6) is open from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.

- Parents: please reserve childcare when you register to volunteer
- Children must be signed in/out by a parent; cannot leave the room without a volunteer or parent
- Activities include art projects, games, movies, and more run by Mandel JCC staff members and teen volunteers
- Snacks will be provided
- Located downstairs in Multi-Purpose Room
