Sushi Salad- Sushi rice prepared in rice wine vinegar mixed with mock crab, marinated mushrooms, red peppers, cucumber and green onions. Low Fat! Medium – $7.50 or Large – $15.00
Toss Salad with Baby Spinach, Mango, Red Pepper and Crasins in Chocolate Balsamic Vinaigrette $3.75 per. person. *A minimum order of 4 servings is appreciated on all tossed salads
Quinoa Salad- This salad has roasted pecans, red peppers, water chestnuts, raisins, green onions and craisins, all in a sweet sauce that has just a little tang. Medium – $6.00 or Large – $12.00.
Thousand Island Coleslaw – Made with diced green peppers and onions, in home made Thousand Island dressing. Medium – $5.50 or Large – $11.00
Egg Salad with Sautéed Onions- Made with a unique blend of spices and low fat mayo. Medium – $5.50 or Large – $11.00
Moroccan Style Carrot Salad- Sautéed onion, cilantro, and smoked paprika are complimented by the lemon juice in this authentic dish. Medium – $5.50 or Large – $11.00
Rainbow Quiche – Large chunks of broccoli, onion, mushrooms, red pepper and spinach all in a 9 inch pie crust. $ 12.00 Freezes Amazingly!
